		<description><![CDATA[EMS is transporting one patient that was stabbed at Willo Street and West Main. A large fight broke our at around 1:00 pm, police responded to break it up, and found a male stabbed multiple times. The patient is in stable condition, Waterbury Police have one under arrest.
